2.How do i make payments for my safari?

Safari Rate/Costs

The cost or rates of our safaris are in dollars. Hence installments ought to be made in USD. The costs are appropriate for the span of the safari showed in the receipt that is conveyed to the customer. 3. What is the company’s payment policy?

Deposit and Full payment policy

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of a booking. Once the deposit is received, its proof that you have read, understood and accepted the company’s terms and conditions and there fore an invoice will we set up and sent to you by email.

Full payment

The full amount should be cleared not later than 30 days prior to your arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings whose full payments are not made with in specified deadline. In this case, we will apply any relevant cancellation charges as if you had cancelled, before making any refund. Unless indicated otherwise in advance, a reservation is confirmed when all of the paid elements are confirmed.

4. What is the company’s cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy
Rights to refunds if you change or cancel your reservation are sometimes limited as we usually need to prepay some suppliers, and our negotiated rates are obtained through committing to advance payment. We strongly recommend you purchase trip insurance including trip cancellation and interruption insurance, which may reimburse you for cancellation penalties and extra trip expenses should a circumstance covered by the policy force you to cancel or interrupt your trip. In the event we cancel a trip, for any reason, all money for services described in the reserved itinerary will be refunded.
Any cancellation by a client must be made in writing (email). The date on which the cancellation notice is received by the company or its agents will determine the applicable cancellation fee.
Unless indicated otherwise at or prior to the time of reservation, the following charges per person will apply in the event of cancellation prior to arrival: 
45 days: 15% of the Tour price is forfeited
44-21 days: 30% of the Tour price is forfeited
20-04 days: 50% of the Tour price is forfeited
72 hours and no-show: non-refundable

5. What Vaccination should i get before i travel to East Africa?

Travel Vaccines and Malaria Information

Visit a doctor 4-6weeks before your safari to get vaccines or medicines you need. Some vaccines may also be required for travel.

  • Routine vaccines

Recommended for all travelers. These vaccines include age-specific routine vaccines such as measles, mumps, tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis(Td/Tdap), poliovirus, varicella and seasonal influenza.

  • Yellow Fever

A yellow fever vaccine is essential prior to your arrival in the country. Yellow fever certificates are issued once the vaccine has been administered and they are valid for 10years. It is also recommended that a hepatitis A and B, Mengitis, Tetanus and Typhoid vaccine be administered.

  •   Malaria

You will need to take prescription medicine before, during and after your trip to prevent malaria. Your doctor can help you decide which medicine is right for you, and also talk to you about other steps you can take to prevent Malaria.
